5. Number of Photographers
I’m sure you’ve heard the expression, ‘the more, the merrier’. I bet you have never thought of that in regards to the number of photographers, have you? Depending on the decision you make as to the importance of the photography on your wedding day, one option you may want to consider is choosing a photographer who offers a second shooter as well.
I do realize that another photographer is an additional expense to consider, however, there are many benefits to having a second photographer. The main photographer’s focus is capturing those key moments of your wedding day. With a second photographer, they are able to offer an additional angle to supplement the overall story captured on your wedding day. They are also able to capture those ‘in between’ candid moments while the main photographer works. If you are wanting photos of the bride and the groom getting ready, a second photographer also allows coverage of another location. So, while the bride and bridesmaids are getting ready at one location with the main photographer, the second could be with the groom and groomsmen capturing the 15 minutes it takes them to get ready… : )
In case you didn’t have enough to consider, another option for you to discuss!
