Meet Joel & Heather, some very special people to us. Joel and Cam have been best friends since elementary school. During the time where wearing sweatpants and sporting mullets were cool- soooo, it has been a while! They have been through all kinds of things together, but one of the most special things they’ve shared has been standing up for each other as they got married. Joel was Cam’s best man at our wedding 13 years ago, and this past June, Cam had the incredible honour to return the favour.

 

When we met Heather, it didn’t take much convincing for us to love her too! She is so bubbly, with such a vivacious personality that just loves deeply and cares so much for everyone around her. But most importantly, she brings Joel so much happiness. They are a perfect fit for each other, and bring so much out of each other. Joel’s mom put it this way at their wedding, “Heather, you have brought pink and sparkle to Joel’s brown and grey life.” :) While Joel definitely rocks the brown & grey, we are so thankful that he has found such an amazing partner in Heather! Our friends have embarked on an exciting few months of marriage together. The next great adventure lays ahead, and we are so excited to be able to capture this for them!

 

Joel & Heather, we love you both so much! This baby is so incredibly blessed to have the two of you for parents. Parents who will love and pray for their child, raising them to love and serve with their whole heart. You both will be amazing role models of those qualities. Cam & I are so pumped to be able to return the favour of being auntie and uncle to this beautiful baby! We are OVER the MOON thrilled for you, and can’t wait to walk with you through this new adventure!!
